Hans Blix on the treaty.
Jeffrey Lewis takes on the gripes about the counting rules released so far. I'd like to see more than that page-and-a-half fact sheet before getting too deeply into this, but Lewis gives a lot to think about. I'm also bugging him on Twitter about what the treaty should be named. He likes "Treaty of Prague," but I'll go with the administration on "New START."
The entire issue of The Washington Quarterly is nuclear. I'd like to read all the articles, but I know I won't. Sigh.
