Whitey's on the moon

When it touched down safely at Edwards Air Force base, California, there were no ululations in this part of the world to congratulate the astronauts on proving once more that human beings can conquer space any time they wish.

No, they were more concerned about mundane things like the starvation, disease and poverty that have consigned them to the status of hewers of (fast dwindling) wood all their lives.
