Noisemonkey noise

Nice rant by Noisemonkey of Europhobia on the UN. I'm a big fan of the UN too. But it does need reform, just not in the direction the US wants to take that reform (which is basically to purchase the whole damn thing at WalMart rates and then make it sell purely American goods).
