Powell because "they found the Bush administration's case for war unconvincing and its approach toward other countries condescending."

Heckles and hackles
Also via Norwegianity, Media Matters brings out the reality the NY Times omits about a recent "heckler" at a talk by Condi Rice. Here's the identity of the "heckler." The Times only mentions that a "heckler" was escorted out of the room.
