Helmut, dear readers, will be in Venezuela for most of the month of November. I will be giving a faculty seminar in Caracas on pragmatic democracy and globalization, a series of lectures around the country at various universities and NGOs, and will be meeting with government and opposition officials as well as many others working on democratic social and educational reform in Venezuela. I'll also be taking some time to visit the Andes, the rainforest, and the coast.
I'll try to post while there, but the schedule during the first couple of weeks is jam-packed and I might be in remote spots the third and possibly fourth weeks. I'll have easy internet access while in Caracas at least but I don't know how much access I'll have to the access given the itinerary. So, I've asked three guest bloggers to take over in my stead. I hope they'll also stay on beyond November. All three are excellent and will probably make for a great improvement of Phronesisaical. More soon on some background and what we'll have coming up in the next couple of months.
But, until November, you have Helmut. I am Helmut.
p.s. Eating fish regularly delays dementia.
