I heard today a woman leftist is ahead in the polling in the Chilean elections,with 48% not enough for a first round victory but likely in the second. When Rumsfeld says Cuba and Venezuela are influencing these elections he is correct.The movements rejecting neo-liberal capitalist models are an influence.Someone should ask him if the US is influencing the Iraqi elections.Morales doesnt need to sieze ownership of the gas companies, only demand contracts where the wealth generated goes back to the people and the companies can earn something for their efforts.
