North Korea Goes Nuclear

UPDATE (9:03 am, Oct. 9th):

Now the Tough Guys in the administration are trotting out their standard Tough Guy approach, and even use the correct language: "This fundamentally changes the landscape now." Recall, however, that they might not have needed to be so Tough if they had simply been a wee bit Intelligent in the first place. Read this morning's brief WaPo piece.
