Public approval for President Bush and Congress has sunk to the lowest levels ever recorded in The Associated Press-Ipsos poll.Of course, popularity isn't everything. Why not shoot for utter disgrace?
Only 31 percent said they approve of the job Bush is doing, according to the survey released on Thursday.

Too late.
"I told you so" never gives the satisfaction you wish it did.

I'm sure that's a weakness of the statistical result. At least half who "neither approve nor disapprove" surely would have responded "humiliated" or "disgusted" or "outraged" if pollsters had offered the option. It's part of Bush's deviousness that he offends in too many ways to keep track of. It's the MIRV principle (Multiple Inimical Reprobate Vices).
