It makes me angry that it counts as neutral reporting to say the issue "raises moral questions." Sure, if you believe cells have souls and disbelieve in science, it does. The implication is you'd have to be immoral to see no moral question being raised. The only possible moral question I see might be about what concessions a community must make toward a weird desire that holders rationalize nonsensically and dogmatically and in the face of a huge opportunity cost to themselves and the rest of the community. But I think effectively it's just a political question.
