Oh but can't you see them having fun and for extra points, poking the finger at the Chinese? This was the biggest funfest the army've had in ages, and so much jollier than getting blown up in Iraq, no?
BTW in line with my policy of using the govt as my example, I will be filing "because of a toxic gas cloud" as a plausible excuse for almost any behaviour.
