"The meaning of the universe is an apple," Robyn Hitchcock profoundly pronounces. "Of course," he adds, "that’s only this universe."
Does that mean that to talk of other universes is to compare apples to oranges? Anyway, do we have to live in the apple universe? Apples are kind of boring, I'd like to think all of us here could agree.
