Blossom Dearie

She died on Saturday in her sleep. Soul Sides has a couple of mp3s, including one of my favorites, "Sunday Afternoon." Another great one, "I'm Hip," at Keep the Coffee Coming. Sigh....

    I'm glad you figured that all out, MT. I was afraid I was going to have to slap you around for the Franks comparison. Blossom had a unique voice and style, but it wasn't super-creepy soft jazz.
