The Kiwi Berry

We here at Phronesisaical like to think of ourselves as experts on, if anything, the new fruits produced by Distant Cousin Nature so that you, the consumer, might make more intelligent decisions about your fruit needs. In this spirit, and apparently about 8 years late, I proudly introduce the kiwi berry.

I saw a box of these at Trader Joe's yesterday.

How do you eat them? (Other than the obvious, I mean.)

Tastes like chicken.... Hey, but seriously... it tastes just like regular kiwi fruit. All I know is that you pop the whole thing in you mouth.

Tried some today here in New Zealand. Tastes like a kiwifruit / gooseberry combo with a size more like the latter. Fantastically tasty snack!
