Sure it does: never

It's a bit of a "when did you stop beating your wife" question, but here he goes.
President Bush says a lengthy letter from Iran's leader doesn't answer the question the world is asking, which is: "When will you get rid of your nuclear program?"
Read the letter, dimwit. Ahmadinejad says explicitly that every country has the right to develop technologically as it sees fit. The US has lived by this rule up until the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. Given that the US doesn't follow the treaty any more, its sole claim to limiting Iran's nuclear program is a power claim based in the hope that other countries will follow along with sanctions, war, whatever.

Apart from this, Bush should take comfort from Ahmadinejad's pluralistic appeal to fundamentalisms of all types. God is Allah, and we all await the apocalypse. Ain't that right, Mr. President? Mr. Faith-Based Community?
